Kathryn Tomlin earned a Bachelor of Music in violin performance from Converse College and a Master of Music in violin performance and Suzuki pedagogy from the Hartt School at University of Hartford.
Kathryn is a founding member of the Orchestrating Dreams faculty and teaches violin, viola, Musicianship and Pre-Orchestra; and performs with the faculty and Mentors Ensemble.
Kathryn is also a Montessori Primary Classroom Guide at Renaissance Village Montessori.
In addition to her work with children, Kathryn is passionate about working with parents and caregivers. She presents workshops and facilitates discussion groups on parenting on a monthly basis at both at Orchestrating Dreams and Renaissance.
